Pues fíjate que el libro de donde la saqué te gustaría y te lo recomiendo mucho! Creo que también estarías de acuerdo en muchas de las características que asigna a los grandes equipos: capacidad de retar a la autoridad, crear un espacio seguro para que todas las personas expresen sus ideas, etc. 🙂
